  • Pioneer Spirit offers products and services that support distributed work, including executive consulting on collaboration strategies and education in methods and behaviors that encourage best practices for leaders and members of networked organizations and virtual teams. Founded in 1989, the company’s innovative tools and methods have been developed in close cooperation with The Center for Effective Organization (CEO) of the University of Southern California (USC). The Center’s pioneering research project “Creating Conditions for Virtual Team Effectiveness" has been instrumental in the development of Pioneer Spirit's products and services. Pioneer Spirit works very closely with CEO research scientists to continuously develop new products and services.
