IntelliGantt provides three ways to share a project with your team:
By default SharePoint is selected.
With this form you supply the URL to the SharePoint site in the top text box. An easy way to get the URL is to navigate to the SharePoint site with your web browser. A site URL will contain one or more web parts, or lists, and often looks like this:
http://intelligantt.sharepointsite.net/default.aspx
Once the URL is in the text box, click 'Go'. IntelliGantt will talk to the SharePoint site and fill out the lists it can talk to in the middle grid control, showing its Title and Description. You can choose one of these lists for your project, or create a new task list by clicking 'Create Task List'.
Once you have your list selected, IntelliGantt will remember what site and which list (notice the 'Stay Connected' checkbox is marked for you). If you used an existing list, the 'Clear Tasklist' option will clear any existing tasks before your tasks are added.
The 'Workspace Settings' is a powerful configuration tool with its own help screen.
Clicking 'Next' will share the project and make it available on SharePoint. The next form will let you invite new members and send invitation emails.
