IntelliGantt Plus and the Intelligantt AddIn for Microsoft Project can create SharePoint Task Lists in any existing SharePoint Workspace if you have sufficient permission. Once you have created a project with IntelliGantt Plus or Microsoft Project, follow these steps to publish it to an existing SharePoint workspace.
With IntelliGantt Plus, choose the 'Share' option to start the publishing process:
With Microsoft Project and the IntelliGantt Add In, choose the 'Share' option from the 'IntelliGantt' menu to start the publishing process:
From this point on, the IntelliGantt SharePoint integration is the same for both products.
The first thing to do is select the collaboration platform to use for our multi-user project. We will select 'SharePoint' for this project.
The default selection is 'Share on existing site', which we will do. Simply provide the URL for the SharePoint site you wish to use. It can be a Document Workspace, or any other template SharePoint supports.
IntelliGantt recognizes the current members of the workspace and automatically adds them to the project. You can also send them an MS Outlook email notification and even add new members.

This project can now be updated by the team members using only a SharePoint web browser. IntelliGantt also adds a link to the Quick Launch navigation on the left hand side so you can find these tasks more easily.
