The Company

Mike Morris of Morris-Depew was kind enough to let us know how his company is using IntelliGantt. In his own words, Mike writes, "We are a 30 to 50-employee construction project design and permitting firm providing professional engineering, planning, surveying, and landscape architecture services throughout Florida. We are expanding our marketing area to other parts of the South to better serve some of our established clients. We have been in business in our present form for more than twenty years."

The Lay of the Land

"Our SharePoint site is installed on one server of a three server network with about 30 clients. We connect remotely at three branch offices and other sites through VPN."

"We have 200 to 500 active projects at all times. Currently, we have possibly eight project managers or coordinators that we plan to equip with copies of IntelliGantt. While most of our project monitoring will make use of relatively simple scheduling, a number will be relatively complex. I expect that our team members will manage their tasks through SharePoint. I have been playing with your product for a few weeks and believe that it will provide the functionality that we need. In fact, it appears to be a very high quality product."
