Features
- Add In -- Master & Sub Project Support. (screencast)
- Add In -- Recover feature. Got a message from a user who accidentally deleted their MPP file. Since IntelliGantt keeps a cache of shared documents, its straightforward to recreated any MS Project plan from a Shared project with IntelliGantt. Sorry for the pain, Bill W., but it turned in to a great feature!
- Add In -- Send Email. New menu pick lets you send an email to every member of the project.
- Application -- Rich Costing is In! (screencast)
Usability
- Application -- Fields with Current, Estimate, Actual and Variance relationships are now grouped together in the Rename/Reorder form. Helps reinforce how they work together.
- Application -- When you right-click on a grid column to bring up the Rename/Reorder form, the column you right-clicked on is selected.
Bug Fixes
- Application -- There were a few costing bugs that have been fixed.

- Both -- Drag and Drop implemented for Projects, Templates and People tabs on the left-hand side of the view window.
- Both -- Overbooked (or overallocated) resource filter is in.
- Both -- Task dependencies are now being updated with both the Add In and the Rich Desktop (feature description coming in a screencast).
- Application -- Rich integration with Microsoft Project is in (screencast).
- Application -- Export now has the ability to export the entire task list, or the choice of a summary task and its children.
Usability
- Both -- On the left-hand side, you can now reorder tasks and folders by dragging and dropping with the mouse.
- Application -- New Project support web page.
Bug Fixes
- Both -- If a valid email address was supplied for a Microsoft Project resource, IntelliGantt wouldn't use it by default. This lead to issues when assigning membership to a SharePoint site with Active Directory Groups (see open issue below).
Open Issue
- Both -- If you use an Active Directory Group as a SharePoint group, it looks like the web services can't determine the group memberships. The SharePoint web service returns no members for the group. We are investigation a work-around.

Features
- Application -- Gantt chart, when 'grabbed' by the hand cursor, will now move vertically as well as horizontally. This feature can be adjusted under the 'Gantt Chart Settings' menu pick under 'Settings".
- Application -- Dashboard view was read-only. Now dashboard is updatable.
- Application -- Updated splash screen in.
Usability
- Both -- Before you could filter your tasks by choosing your name in the resource filters. However, 'For Me' at the top (right under 'For Everyone') seemed a little quicker and more intuitive.
Bug Fixes
- Both -- Import and Export wizards weren't filling out the 'most recently used' lists.
- Application -- Invoking COM Automation would fail the very first time (but would work aftwards). Put in a check for the initial fail condition.
- Application -- Selecting a project and then importing would create a duplicate project.
- Application -- After importing tasks from SharePoint in to an existing project, the new tasks were not automatically being displayed.
Open Issue
- Add In- If you update actuals within MS Project and then 'Apply Actual' via the IntelliGantt menu, the cached values replace you recently update values. We will improve the UI so that 'Apply Actuals' are more obvious.

Features
- Both -- Schedule to Actuals introduced. Suggestion was you build a schedule and set estimates. You track progress with the schedule and when finish set actuals. (Thanks Craig)
- Both -- Work % Complete and Work Hours Complete have been added to the Workspace Settings. These values also map to MS Project. (Thanks Antonio)
- Application -- When top level menu commands operate on workspace folders, they do the operation for all the projects contained within the folder. For example, if you 'Update' a folder, then all projects whithin the folder are updated (assuming you say 'Yes' to the prompt).
Usability
- Application -- new menu picks under view expand or collapse the top level menus. The thinking is project managers may want to see the menus, team members may not.
- Application -- Window location and splitter distances are now remembered between sessions.
- Application -- Under 'Help' a menu pick lets you force the update of IntelliGantt.
- Application -- Print Preview was removed in favor of standard printing.
- Both -- Stay Connected and Clear Task List now have spaces between the words. (I'm happy with these kinds of bugs)
Bug Fixes
- Both -- In the Share, Import and Export form, clicking 'Go' multiple times caused IntelliGantt to forget network credentials.
- Both -- When communicating with SharePoint with a wonky network IntelliGantt wasn't handling wonky responses as well as it could have.
- Application -- When applying filters the top row was being filtered out incorrectly.
- Application -- When applying filters and switching between Dashboard and Grid/Gantt views, IntelliGantt wasn't keep track of the correct filters.
- Add In -- If a SharePoint member's display name was (last name) comma (first name) it wasn't being set in MS Project correctly.

Bug Fixes
- Add In -- Importing a project did not recognize the 'Stay Connected' checkbox.
- Add In -- International users were seeing a problem caused by a filter exception thrown by MS Project during startup. The manifestation was the menus appearing but not working because the Add In hadn't successfully initialized. (Thank you Caroline and Eduardo)
- Add In -- Updated estimates in MS Project were not being sent to SharePoint. (Thank you Jeff)
