How to work with Choices
- Click on the 'expander' at the very lower left of the application
- Once the 'People' area opens you will see everyone participating in your currently selected project
- Click on the dropdown in the upper right to see available fields
- Select a field
- Notice the choices that fill in under your selection and that people flip to pie charts
- Select one or more choices to filter the task list
- Unselect choices to see the unfiltered task list

In addition to viewing the people in your projects, you can cross-reference tasks by their status as well.
Click the 'People' dropdown to show the available choice fields you can use. The available fields are SharePoint choice columns from your currently selected view. When you change the view selection, the choice columns list may change as well.
When you select a field, all the choices for that field fill the area below. Also, all the choices are cross-referenced by users assigned to tasks and presented in pie charts.
When you click on a choice, all the tasks are filtered to match that choice.
When you click on a person, all the tasks are futher filtered such that the selected person must be assigned.
To return to an unfiltered list, click on the selected choices and people so that they are no longer selected.
